2. WARRANTY POLICY

- Warranty period: 30 days from the date of invoice.

- Applicable products: Products purchased at full price

- Warranty coverage: Products due to technical defects from the manufacturer

3. WARRANTY CONDITIONS

- Product is still in warranty period

- Not applicable to discount products, accessories and underwear

CONDITIONS OF EXCHANGE

PRODUCT EXCHANGE TIME	- SIXDO store system: 06 days from the date of purchase at the showroom. - SIXDO Online store system (Fanpage/Website): 16 days from the date of order confirmation by SIXDO staff and issue bill to the customer (or within 06 days from the date of products receipt).
TYPE OF PRODUCTS	Apparel products meet the following conditions: - Full price products. - Less than 50% sale off.
PRODUCT CONDITION	- Keep labels, barcodes, unused. - Keep intact purchase invoice. - In case of exchange but no invoice, please contact hotline 18006650 for detailed support.
FORM OF EXCHANGE	- Change 01 time in accordance with regulations. - The value of exchanged products is calculated according to the unit price on the purchase invoice.

CASE OF REFUSING TO EXCHANGE GOODS

- Delivery time is more than 6 days.
- Labels and barcodes are not intact.
- Modified, used products (dirty, torn, damaged, shriveled, faded, smelly bad smell, unusual chemical smell) or defective due to external influences after purchase, or the product's attachments/accessories are no longer complete/damaged.

- Products are discounted from 50%.
